Installation Notes

  1. Inspect valve body for shipping damage, verify model and tag information match original valve.
  2. Clean all connecting ports thoroughly, remove dirt and metal debris to prevent spool stuck.
  3. Replace all O‑rings and gaskets, do not reuse old seals.
  4. Connect hydraulic hoses strictly follow port marking. Wrong connection will cause abnormal machine actions.
  5. Tighten mounting bolts with cross‑torque according to official service manual.
  6. Flush hydraulic pipeline, replace hydraulic oil and filter after installation.
  7. Fill clean hydraulic oil, run engine at low idle speed to bleed air, avoid full‑load operation at the beginning.
  8. Test all working movements, check oil leakage and abnormal noise. Stop operation once abnormality occurs.
