Installation Notes

1. Inspect motor for shipping damage before installation. Verify part number, spline and port match original unit.
2. Clean mounting surface thoroughly, remove dirt and metal debris.
3. Replace all O‑rings and seals. Do not reuse old seals.
4. Connect hydraulic hoses strictly according to port marking. Wrong hose connection will cause swing failure.
5. Torque mounting bolts cross‑referenced following machine service manual specification. Thread locker is recommended.
6. Fill clean hydraulic oil into motor housing prior to startup. Dry running will damage internal parts permanently.
7. Replace hydraulic filter and flush pipeline to clear metal contaminants.
8. After installation, run machine at low idle speed to bleed air from hydraulic circuit. Do not apply full‑load swing immediately.
9. Check oil leakage, abnormal noise and vibration during test run. Stop operation once any abnormality appears.
10. Ensure case drain line is unobstructed, blocked drain line will blow out seals and destroy motor.
